TRIMHAIR™ delivers your orders anywhere in India! To shop at TRIMHAIR™™.in you must register as a user and you must also have a shipping address in India. Registration is 100% free and without purchase condition. All orders will be shipped once payment has been received or as soon as possible if you have chosen to pay for delivery. You can also pick up your order from one of our stores.

Delivery Time:
Small Orders (up to 30kg): 2 to 7 business days
Larger Orders: 4 to 10 business days
If you're not at delivery place at the time of delivery of the order, let the transport/delivery agency leave a message for you and contact them to resolve another time.
If you have ordered multiple items, it may be delivered at different times. If the order is very heavy or large, it will be delivered to the first threshold on the ground floor of your delivery place.
Would you like to return your package or have something been wrong?
Always check your order for errors or damage. It is extremely important that delivery issues are reported to us within 24 hours. If not, we cannot respond to any complaints. If the item you ordered does not match the item received, we will exchange it as soon as possible (free of charge).
If you want to decline your purchase, we will ask you to declare this within 14 days of our after-sales service. After this time, we cannot take your order back. Also, we ask to keep the original packaging and return the product to it. The cost of the return transport is for the customer.
If you wish to return a large order (30+ kg), our service-after-sales service can arrange a pickup by one of our transport partners.

If you are not satisfied with something you bought, please return it and we will solve it, apply the guarantee with the manufacturer, we will change it or we will gladly refund your money.
The following policy applies only to TRIMHAIR™:
General Conditions of Returns
Returns and merchandise changes will be accepted according to the following terms and conditions:
• Not have more than 30 calendar days of receipt or 7 calendar days.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging, the product box, the packaging and the bubble paper; as well as all the original accessories.
• Items that show damages due to misuse by the customer will not be received.
• The articles must contain all their parts, accessories, manuals, original warranty certificates indicated on the packaging.
• Items purchased with a discount as part or gift of a package (Bundle) must be returned in full.
• For items purchased in wholesale sale, only the factory default return and / or transfer damage applies.
• To facilitate the process, photographs of the products or packaging may be requested.
• If you requested the return, but you receive the item, you will not have to open it to deliver it with the original stamps by parcel service.
• If you request the collection and you are in a border area, you need to have the invoice or ticket of the item stamped by Customs.
Exceptions and Restrictions • For the categories of costumes (child, baby, adult, animals, etc.), masks (any of its varieties) and accessories (any of its varieties: for disguise, for the mask, for the body, garden products as animatronix, makeup, etc.) no changes or refunds are accepted.
• For Dairy Formulas, the return will be accepted only when there is an error in the assortment and the item is unopened.
• For the tire category, no changes or refunds are accepted if the tire was installed incorrectly or if it is damaged due to careless handling of the item, due to factory defects or damage to it, a prior revision by the manufacturer must be carried out.
• For Health and Beauty, for personal hygiene, no changes or refunds are accepted in perfumes and lotions, review recommendations for purchases in Health and Beauty in Terms and Conditions. In case of applying factory failure (detachment of pieces of the article, rupture, empty containers, incomplete product that comes from origin), they must notify up to 3 days after their delivery to Customer Service and send photographs that prove what happened with the product to the Email address: sales@TRIMHAIR™.in, and to the number: +91 -9990141329
• For items that have been rebuilt or refurbished or unlocked, the guarantee must be validated with the product importer (In cases where the supplier does not respond and they are within the term of the policy, the normal return process will apply).

The return, change and cancellation policies are independent of the guarantee granted by the manufacturer and / or importer of each product. Receive your Refund

If you purchased the product with a bank promotion, confirm with your bank that the refund is applied to the partial purchase, depending on the bank they apply it to the revolving account as a credit balance.
Depending on the form you have chosen to return the merchandise (Store or Collection) and your form of payment will be the time and process to receive your refund.

The refund will be automatically processed in the same form of payment of the purchase, the minimum time can be:
24 to 96 hours for Credit Cards,
72 hours or up to 30 calendar days for Debit Card (the time depends on the issuing bank of the card),
48 to 72 hours for payments with Online.
If you paid with a Gift Card, the refund will be made electronically, according to the instructions that will arrive by mail.
